We want you to love your Tess Maurice blanket. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

• The blanket must be unused and in the same condition you received it
• It must be in the original packaging
• You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at servicehub@tessmaurice.com with your order number. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and sale items cannot be returned.
